We are a company that rents rooms in shared apartments. What is now called coliving, we also choose and adapt the properties for it. That's what we do.

Because we know how to put together a turnkey project, in which investors and owners with maximum comfort can obtain high returns, with passive income. We are not looking for it, but we are at this point.
